I was looking for something quick but useful to work on while figuring out Eclipse, the Android SDK and releasing an application to the market.  Overall I probably have 10 hours in the application.  Seems like a lot of time to me for such an easy thing ,  but I got stuck on some fairly easy problems.

I never really used Java much.  I played with it way back in the day.  When “The Site” came on late nights on MSNBC, I remember Soledad O’Brein interviewing someone about it.  That made me look into it,  but I was not interested in it enough to use it for anything.  Every few years I would play around and forget it.  This is probably the longest I have spent with it.  Anyway I am figuring things out and hope to start on something more interesting in the next few days.
